First of all I would just like to say how pleased my husband and I are with our new tankless water heater. For over a year we have had a new walk in tub that we have not been able to use beacuase the old water tank could not provide enough hot water to fill the tub. Now, not only do we have enough water to filll the walk- in tub, at the same time I can do a load of wash, wash dishes, and take a shower in the other bathroom. It is just incredible. Although the intial outlay is rather expensive, we are pleased to be doing something "Green" and also to know that this will last us almost twice as long as a water tank. We want to say how pleased we are with the work that Ronnie Conant did at our house. He was able to change out and put in all of the new equipment in one day. His workmanship is excellent. If I hand't seen the new equipment I would never had known he had been there. He left the house just as clean as when I left it in the morning. He has been very accommodating to my husband's and my own ever changing schedule. He is always of the nicest demeanor and so very polite. So not only do we have a great piece of equipment, but we also know that we can count on great customer service. Other plumbers may have lower prices, but we usually have to call Ben Franklin Plumbing-Columbus, out to fix the problems that arise from those "other" plumbers.
